Assist Me Co. provides behind-the-scenes, administrative wedding support under the service name Wedding Assistant Co. as well as related support services. All services are assistive, organizational, and advisory in nature.

Assist Me Co. does not provide full-service wedding planning, event design, event coordination, vendor management, or on-site execution. Services are intended to support clients, planners, and vendors—not replace them.

Consultations

Consultations are offered for the purpose of reviewing your plans, confirming fit, and determining appropriate scope. Booking a consultation does not guarantee availability or acceptance as a client.

Consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Assist Me Co. reserves the right to decline or discontinue consultations at its discretion.

Engagement & Scope of Services

All services are custom-tailored following consultation. Scope, duration, and areas of support are confirmed prior to the start of services and documented in writing.

Services provided by Assist Me Co. are limited to the agreed-upon scope.

Duration & Availability

Services are offered on a duration basis and are subject to availability, capacity, and mutual fit. Minimum commitment periods may apply depending on the service selected.

Assist Me Co. does not guarantee ongoing availability beyond the initial term and reserves the right to limit or discontinue services to maintain quality and capacity.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for services to be performed. Assist Me Co. is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client or third parties.

Clients remain responsible for all final decisions related to their wedding or events.

Payments & Fees

Payment terms, billing schedules, and fees are outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Payments are due as stated and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services without liability to Assist Me Co.

Cancellations & Termination

Assist Me Co. reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that impedes the ability to provide services in a professional manner.

Limitation of Liability

Assist Me Co. is not responsible for the actions, omissions, performance, or outcomes of third-party vendors, venues, hosts, guests, or service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted under Kentucky law, Assist Me Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of services or this website.

In no event shall Assist Me Co.’s total liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

No Guarantees

While services are provided with care and professionalism, Assist Me Co. makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, timelines, or results related to wedding planning, events, or third-party performance.

Intellectual Property

All website content, written materials, templates, processes, and communications are the intellectual property of Assist Me Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
